Another hobby

Found a Picasa photo album containing pictures of jewellery I made a few years back.

Some, I have sold via my now-defunct website and some, I have given to friends.
It's a hobby I took up and left aside after awhile.
As much as I love to design and create, I often find myself not having enough boldness in terms of creativity.

Most of the pieces I made are simple and classic but that can be seen as boring too.
Just like the scrapbook layouts I made.
While I love and admire the many layouts I see on other people's blogs, which are full of elements, masks etc, I always end up making simple pages, making the many photos the centre of my pages.

Hmmm... Anyway, here's Template 46.

Love your pieces! And i disagree about the boring part, i find that the simpler and classic the design, it's more versatile it is! I used to make some jewelry too in the past, but I liked making them to give away, LOL! Guess I'm never going to be a good business woman, hehe!

looks beautiful as usual :-) , thank you . If you could post 1 border frame with shadows on 4 edges , high curled edges with gorgeous shadows under it , warping the beneath shadow layer , I am sure it would be a hit ! Thank you for considering ..

Don't sell yourself short! I have downloaded literally hundreds of templates since I started scrapping digitally about 2 years ago and I return to yours again and again when I'm beginning a new layout...all those templates with holes for only one or two pics drive me NUTS :). Thanks so much for your generosity!

About me

I'm Jacklyn from the sunny island called Singapore. I started digital scrapping in April 2009 and totally love this great way to log my memories. I learn to appreciate everything that has happened around me when I scrap and when I admire my layouts.

Unlike most scrappers, I'm single, and work full-time as an Accountant. My biggest "problem" with scrapping is that I never have enough photos. In fact, sometimes I have no photos and have to resort to scrapping "photo-less".

I appreciate all those who share their knowledge, creations and design so freely. I benefited so much from their generosity and now that I have progressed, I decide to share what I create too - templates and some small elements.

As at now, I have no intention to sell anything nor ask for donations. All I ask is that you leave me a comment in my post or at the chatbox so that I know my work is appreciated.
